About The Studio

The Susan Ina Dance Studio is a 2000 square foot learning facility for dance students of all ages and levels. Both boys and girls, ages 3 through adult can grow into confident performers through our dance program guided by our professional staff.

The Facility

Two spacious studios with attached barres, full length mirrors, sound systems, and raised floors with Marley surfaces. Studio 1 has 810 square feet. Studio 2 has 690 square feet.
Observation window in Studio 1 and closed circuit T.V. in Studio 2.
Plenty of well lit parking.
Small in-house performance space with stage lighting.
Convenient lockers available for students.

The Staff

Faculty members that have over 100 years combined experience.
Friendly, caring teachers for each age and subject.
Our teachers have trained students who have been awarded several top honors in the Regional and National competition arena.
Master Guest Class opportunities for Intermediate and Advanced dancers.

The Classes

Fun and structured Kinderdance classes for ages 3-5 discovering the excitement of dance while building a solid foundation.
Combination classes for ages 5-7 pre-ballet/tap classes are convenient and fun. Jazz classes are available at age 6 with prior training.
Classical Ballet training program available for ages 7 and older. These classes are labeled Ballet Technique classes.
Competition Group available for students interested in competing locally in Jazz, Lyrical and Tap.
Adult classes in Hip Hop, Jazz, and Tap from young adults to seniors over age 60.
Private lessons available in all subjects, for competition students of one or more years of competition experience on a first come first served bases.
Summer 6 week program offered in June, July, and August.

Performance Opportunities

Spring Production for all students with beautiful matching costumes, professional dance floor, experienced lighting technicians and creative choreography to make every student a star.
Annual Fall-Winter Ballet Related Arts performance with local and professional guest artist.
Travel opportunities for members of competition groups- across the United States.
Special performance spot for our advanced graduating seniors in our annual spring production.

We are conveniently located in Anne Arundel County, Maryland. We are only minutes from Howard County, Baltimore County, and Baltimore City.
